Jennifer Fleming

Jennifer, a Family Nurse Practitioner with board certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, was born and raised in New Hampshire. She has been part of the Florida medical community for over 15 years and holds a Bachelor's Degree from 2014 and a Master's Degree from Chamberlain University in 2017. Jennifer has developed her clinical expertise through years of direct patient care experience.

Jennifer opened True Health Preventative Care with the goal to always make sure the patient is at the center of care, bringing attentiveness to every visit and treatment service offered.
